The seller is obliged to deliver the purchased goods to the Consumer by sending goods through the courier service, whereby the delivery costs are borne by the consumer.

The consumer can pay the goods via the Internet with VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard payment cards, which support payment via the Internet (a previous registration is required for payment by the card).

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar. The average rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative price display in other currencies.

The amount of which your payment card will be in charge will be denominated in your local currency, through the conversion of the same at the rate used by credit card organizations, which can not be known to us at the time of the transaction. PRICES

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

Return of funds to a customer who has previously paid for goods is done in part or in whole. Milena Bojić Atelier is obliged to make a refund solely through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will make a refund at the request of the seller at the expense of the card user.

Within 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, the seller will inform the consumer about the decision in writing or electronically (the consumer’s complaint regarding the conformity of the article is accepted or rejected) in connection with the advertised article, as well as about the possible way of resolving the complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (refund, appropriate price reduction, replacement or repair of the item). The complaint will be resolved within 15 days from the receipt of the complaint.

FINAL REGULATIONS

The supplier reserves the right to change these terms without first informing his consumer. Each customer can check current conditions when ordering a product.
